After an initial review and discussion we will draw up a schedule of on-site visits when one of our experienced consultants will spend a day or half a day at your site, monitoring the health of your databases and systems and discussing and implementing the changes your business needs.
A key element of these scheduled visits is skills transfer from our consultant to nominated members of your staff, over a period of time your staff will become sufficiently knowledgeable and experienced to take over much of the day to day administration of your databases. At that time we can step back and reschedule fewer visits which become more of a tutorial/brainstorming sessions, addressing issues and concerns specific to your environment.
